During the early stages of establishing the recruitment phase for our first Youth Advisory Board, Mission 44 received consultancy support from Sophia. Sophia provided us with helpful insights on young people and governance, and creating inclusive recruitment approaches. Sophia’s varied expertise and experience proved valuable when she created a language-accessible version of our standard non-disclosure agreement. This was an important step in setting an inclusive approach to working with our Youth Advisory Board from the outset.
