Sophia Moreau

Sophia Moreau

Multi-Award Winning Diversity, Equity, Justice and Inclusion Leader

Sophia Moreau is a multi-award-winning diversity, equity, and inclusion leader, keynote speaker and change-maker. Sophia is passionate about building truly inclusive organisations, services and societies. Sophia approaches transformation through both a cultural and procedural lens. She was named the Burberry British Diversity Awards ‘Campaigner of the Year’ 2022, the Sutton Trust Social Mobility Awards and one of Charity Times ‘Leaders to watch in 2023’.

Drawing on 13 years’ experience as a DEI practitioner and her own experience of discrimination, Sophia works directly with organisations to tackle inequality and ensure everyone has a seat at the table. An experienced writer, Sophia has published research reports, opinion pieces and guest columns on structural inequalities and organisational ethics. Recently, Sophia authored Getting on Board’s practical guide on ‘How to diversify your board’. She is regularly consulted as an expert contributor to news features and documentaries.

Sophia provides advice, auditing, training and interim leadership to build inclusive workplaces, teams, boards, and services. She regularly acts as an employment law coach and a trauma-informed mediator. Outside of work, Sophia is completing a postgraduate degree in Law with funding from the Middle Temple as a Harmsworth Scholar.

Fiona McAuslan

Fiona McAuslan

Associate Consultant

Fiona McAuslan is an experienced senior executive with strong digital, communication and leadership skills gained in both charity and private sectors. Her consultancy works with corporates and charities to help them be more inclusive in their approach to marketing and communications, and their board culture. With a background in traditional journalism she has worked for international media groups including Time Out, The Guardian and The Telegraph before broadening her range to the commercial and charity sectors. She is passionate about building strong, empowered and inclusive communities particularly amongst people disadvantaged by structural inequality.

Shabina Raja

Shabina Raja

Associate Trainer and Facilitator

Shabina has over 10 years of experience of teaching and training whilst working within the education and charity sectors, Shabina is continuously looking for ways to create a safe and happy world. Her interests and expertise are in campaign management, lobbying, mental health, equality in education and representation of marginalised communities amongst others. Outside of consultancy, Shabina serves as a parish councillor and a senior manager in the civil service.  

Aman Ahluwalia-Hinrichs

Aman Ahluwalia-Hinrichs

Associate Consultant

Aman is a writer, activist and change-maker with 16 years of experience in social justice and community leadership development. Her expertise spans experiential leadership development with young people, user-led innovation in mental health, disability justice, anti-racism, decoloniality and equitable organisational change. Aman uses her own lived experience of multiple marginalisation to inform her approach to thinking and working intersectionally.Most recently, her work focuses on growing professional expertise, research and practice related to using lived experience of marginalisation as a force for ethical leadership and progressive social change.

Deej Malik-Johnson

Deej Malik-Johnson

Associate Trainer and Facilitator

Deej has a background in Social Care, working in social inclusion, mental health, sexual health and drugs and alcohol projects. He is a lifelong campaigner for social justice, with experience and interests in economic justice, migrant rights and race-related inequalities and their intersections Deej has led projects with Amnesty International, the American Embassy and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.  

Zey Binboga

Zey Binboga

Associate Trainer and Facilitator

Zey is an expert trainer, skilfully facilitating conversations and delivering learning programmes to unpack migration journeys, ethnic identity and generational trauma. Born in Hackney with Kurdish, Cypriot and German heritage, Zey’s mixed ethnic background has been pivotal. Zey’s mother fled the war in Cyprus; her father fled political persecution in Turkey, and her German grandmother fled WW2. As a teen, Zey had mental health struggles and caring responsibilities for her grandmother, which led to her not completing school and becoming economically excluded. Zey’s services range from developing and delivering employability programme for young people, to delivering cultural competency trainings for companies.

Operations Manager & Executive Assistant

Claire leads the operations of the business, as well as supporting the founder and providing clerical assistance. She has a background in project management within the design, retail, and mental well-being sectors. Claire’s role ranges from managing correspondence to tracking project timescales and identifying efficiency improvements.
